Sounds scientific, but let me assure the reader,  this article is about the little appreciated and simple magic that is breadmaking. Demystifying the complications that we all assume comes with making the best you could possibly consume. The really, really good stuff you can make with ease yourself at home.

For millenia, Sourdough bread was the staple of society till the mechanisation and industrializtion of the process to feed growing populus of civilizations, that grew into empires and eventually determining the fate of nutrition over the demands of volume.

The history of bread is worldwide and varied as it is awe inspiring when actually thought intently about. One question is how peoples seperated by oceans and continents all come to have the one same stable with never having communicated or interacted with one another. Humans dispersed as far and wide as the far east, Europe, Africa and the Americas all have their own version of the international staple of sustinence, Bread.
