Shack Entertainment Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a UK-registered company operating in the live arts and
entertainment sector. Our Services include but are not limited to: event production and ticketing, artist representation
through Artists Unlimited, live performance programming via The Live Exchange, news and editorial content through
Shack News Network, and related creative industry services.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

regulatory requirements, or business decisions affecting service availability.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive
(Intellectual Property, Indemnification, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law) will remain in effect.

3.1 Eligibility
Any live performance, exhibition, show, gathering, or programmed activity organised by Shack Entertainment
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the
Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3.2 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:
• Infringe the rights of any third party (IP, privacy, contractual)
• Violate applicable law, regulation, or ordinance
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, networks, or connected systems
• Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt unauthorised access to any part of the Services or accounts
• Collect personal data about other users without consent
• Misrepresent identity, affiliation, or authority
• Engage in harassment, abuse, discrimination, hate speech, or threatening behaviour
3.3 Account Security
Where the Services require an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login
credentials, all activities under your account, and notifying us immediately of suspected unauthorised access. We
reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
4.1 Our Content
All original content on the Services — text, graphics, logos, design elements, photography, video, audio, code, and
branding — is owned by Shack Entertainment Limited or its licensors and is protected by UK copyright law, trademark
law, and international IP conventions. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly
display, or exploit any content without prior written permission.
4.2 Artist Content
Artists retain full ownership of all creative works they produce, exhibit, or submit through our ecosystem. Where we
feature Artist Content (on websites, at exhibitions, social media), we do so under licence from the Artist. Specific terms
are set out in individual agreements.
4.3 User-Generated Content
Where users submit, post, or share content, you grant Shack Entertainment a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free
licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content solely for operating and promoting the Services. You retain
ownership and may request removal at any time.
4.4 Trademarks
“Shack Entertainment”, “Artists Unlimited”, “The Live Exchange”, “Shack News Network”, and associated marks are
trademarks of Shack Entertainment Limited. Nothing grants you the right to use them without prior written consent.
5.1 Event Listings
Event information is provided in good faith but subject to change. We endeavour to notify users of significant changes
where possible, but accept no liability for changes made after publication.
5.2 Tickets
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in event-specific terms
• Refund/exchange policies vary by event — stated at point of purchase
• Not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorised resellers
• Lost/stolen/damaged tickets may not be replaceable — contact us for assistance
5.3 Event Conduct
By attending a Shack Entertainment event, you agree to comply with venue rules and staff instructions, behave
respectfully toward artists, staff, and attendees, not record audio/video where prohibited, and accept that we may
refuse entry or remove individuals whose behaviour disrupts the event.
8.1 No Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties
regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, uninterrupted operation, or results obtained from using the
Services.
8.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or
punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunities; or damages arising from use of or inability
to use the Services. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8.3 Exceptions
Nothing limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent
misrepresentation, or liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law
