Little aware is the public of how deeply entrenched in what is a world leading institution and the  Health Gaurdian of the nation, is actually in private hands of Private Corporate Entities for the sole purpose of extracting funds from the state in the form of profits for its shareholders.  In nearly all cases are nameless,  faceless entities as well as External states with no interest in Uk prgression, except a profit extraction motive.

It is a  commendable goal in the new Corporate Singapore on Thames,  if the reality of the product is not taken into account, namely human lives, families and the devastation that ill health can bear down upon a life and wreak upon a nation. It has been a slow creep over decades, of dismatling of the nations most prized asset and the Guardian of our Health as demonstrated by the Covid – 19 pandemic. It is currently being carved up and hived off to largest Party Political Donors behind a shield of faux legality. As Oliver Letwin, now enobled proclaimed while in government ” Give us one term and we will fully privatise the National Health Service”.
